We are seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to provide excellent customer service, identify parts, and support showroom operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in sales or counter operations, and a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year sales and/or counter operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
