Job summary

Faulkner West Chester is seeking a parts professional to join their growing team. You will manage the parts sales process, provide quotes, and ensure accurate pricing aligned with estimates.

A valid driver's license is required, and prior GM Parts experience is a plus. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations including discounts and percentages.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders, maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service orders.
• Receive payments or obtain credit authorization.
