You will oversee the parts sales process, answer customer inquiries, and ensure pricing aligns with estimates while pulling and fulfilling stock requests. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in auto parts sales preferred.
• Strong math for quotes, discounts, and pricing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• GM Parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Verify parts align with body shop estimates and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock with weekly stock checks.
• Process internal requests for parts on service repair orders.
• Collect payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
