Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Rancho, NV is seeking a sharp Parts/Counter Sales associate to join our fast-paced store. You’ll help customers identify the right parts, assist service technicians, and ensure accurate data entry for orders and inventory.

You’ll deliver outstanding service at the counter and over the phone, track orders, and support the showroom with clean, fully stocked displays. As a team player, you’ll take on additional duties as needed by management to keep the dealership running

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts to meet their needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person at the counter and over the phone.
• Accurately enter and manage customer accounts, parts orders, and inventory information in the computer system.
• Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments and inventory shelves.
• Ensure merchandise displays, accessories, and parts retail areas remain clean, fully stocked, and well-organized.
• Proactively track special orders, keep customers updated on fulfillment status, and ensure full satisfaction.
• Fulfill parts requests promptly for service technicians to minimize repair turnaround times and keep job tickets moving efficiently.
• Recommend complementary riding gear, maintenance products, and popular aftermarket accessories to enhance the customer ride experience.
• Take on additional duties and operational tasks as assigned by dealership management.
