Job summary

RideNow Powersports in McDonough, GA is seeking a Fit Specialist to join our Sales team. You’ll deliver customized bike fit consultations, guide riders to the right powersports vehicle, adjust seats, handlebars, controls, and riding gear, and ensure a welcoming showroom experience.

Work closely with Vehicle Sales, Parts and Service to provide complete, personalized delivery for each customer. Maintain showroom standards and stay informed about new models, ergonomic features, and fit options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Customized Fit Consultations: Guide customers through personalized bike fit assessments, matching riders to the right powersports vehicle, seat adjustments, handlebars, controls, and riding gear.
• Provide Top-Tier Customer Engagement: Build genuine relationships with riders, answering technical questions and delivering a welcoming, world-class showroom experience.
• Promote Accessories & Ergonomic Upgrades: Recommend custom parts, accessories, and fit enhancements to optimize rider comfort, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work seamlessly with Vehicle Sales, Parts, and Service departments to ensure complete, customized delivery for each customer.
• Maintain Showroom Standards: Ensure fitment display areas and vehicles are clean, organized, and properly showcased.
• Stay Product Informed: Keep up to date with new powersports models, ergonomic features, and custom options.
• Achieve Monthly Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team monthly sales targets in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
