Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to join our network of 30 dealerships. You will provide exceptional customer service at the front counter or over the phone, and handle sales transactions efficiently.

A year of parts counter sales experience and automotive familiarity are preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and strong team-oriented, customer-focused service are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience.
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock
