Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to deliver exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone, locating the right parts, and liaising with vendors for pricing and availability. A high school diploma, one year of sales experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Candidates should present a neat, professional appearance and be prepared for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.

• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Parts Counter Sales Requirements

Education

A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred.

Experience

A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.

Licenses or Certificates

A valid driver’s license is required.
