Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Counter Sales associate to provide excellent customer service at the counter, respond to inquiries, and locate the right parts. You will search catalogs, contact vendors for pricing and availability, and help maintain the showroom area.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of parts sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This full-time on-site position offers a benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Combination of education, training, or experience acceptable.
• Minimum one year experience in parts sales or parts counter operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customer's needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Parts Counter Sales Experience:

A minimum of one year experience in parts sales and/or parts counter operations is required.
