Premier Truck Group in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, searching for parts, and maintaining product availability.

Parts Counter Sales Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs.
• Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock.
• Maintain a section of the showroom floor.
• Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Parts Counter Sales Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required.
• Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Appearance: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
