Qualifications

• Wholesale distributor experience.
• Occasional driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strong customer service and retail support.
• Understand and utilize inventory systems.
• Know the parts across trucks and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for special-order parts and tickets.
• Recommend parts and services based on stock, schedule and pricing.

We are looking for individuals with all levels of experience working at a vehicle parts counter or experience with vehicle/heavy duty equipment parts or repair. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and retail skills
• Understand inventory systems
• Knowledge of all makes of truck parts
• Keep accurate records of special-order parts and open tickets
• Ability to make service and parts recommendations based on inventory, service schedule, and pricing
• Commitment to safety in the parts department
• Occasional driving required

Requirements

• At least one of the following:
  • Technical school degree in automotive or diesel repair
  • Experience working a vehicle parts counter
  • Experience working with vehicle/heavy duty equipment repairs or parts
    • Includes but not limited to cars, trucks, diesel, motorcycles, heavy equipment, and military vehicles
  • Wholesale distributor experience
• Occasional driving is required for this position.
