Wright Implement is seeking a Parts Counter Representative to join our Parts Department in Kentucky. We offer full-time and part-time schedules and strive to deliver excellent customer service and accurate parts support.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, maintaining displays, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth department operations. Candidates should have basic parts knowledge and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• Fork-lift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, recommends, and maximizes sell of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as requested.
• Assists with preparing, zoning, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assist with parts inventory; entering into computer system, sorting and storing in proper locations.
• Assists in keeping parts department/sales floor clean and orderly.
• Follows up on stock shortages and expedites concerns by reporting to the manager.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment, and assures vehicles are in good working order.
