Join to apply for the Parts Counter Person role at Lum's Auto Center.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, community-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our dealership's parts team. The role involves selling vehicle parts to customers over-the-counter, through the repair shop, or on the phone.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner.
• Informing customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answering phone calls, providing price quotes, and processing orders.
• Reviewing estimates and ensuring correct parts are ordered.
• Pulling and filling orders from stock and locating out-of-stock parts.
• Notifying customers and staff when parts are received or back-ordered.
• Replenishing inventory and assisting outside sales reps.
• Handling payments, issuing credits, and maintaining records.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Salary: $17-25/hour, with potential commission after training.

Schedule:
