Job summary

Transteck, Inc. of York, PA, is hiring an experienced Parts Counter for our Freightliner of York heavy truck dealership.

You will handle in-person, phone, email and online sales, source parts for fast fulfillment, and help meet sales and gross profit goals. Responsibilities include ordering parts per dealership procedures, maintaining special order parts for service, resolving customer issues with excellent service, keeping a clean, safe workspace, and participating in OEM training to stay

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred

• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service

• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
