Job summary

Transteck, Inc. is a major Freightliner dealer group with 14 locations and multiple body shops, seeking an experienced Parts Counter to support our Freightliner of New Stanton location.

The role focuses on in-person, phone, email, and online sales, sourcing parts, and meeting sales and gross profit goals. You will order parts per dealership procedures, maintain special order parts for service, resolve customer issues, and stay current with OEM changes through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One- to two years of sales experience preferred.

• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
