Job summary

Transteck, Inc. in York, PA, is seeking an experienced Parts Counter for Freightliner of York. In person/phone/email/online sales, source parts, meet sales and gross profit goals, and provide quotes.

You will process orders, maintain OEM training, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding safety and organization. We offer uniforms and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental & vision, short- and long-term disability, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines

Description for Parts Counter:

In person/phone/email/online sales
