Transteck, Inc. in York, PA is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of York heavy truck dealership. You will handle in person, phone, email and online sales and source parts for speedy fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-person, phone, email, and online sales.
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment.
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals.
• Order parts according to dealership procedures.
• Maintain special order parts for service department.
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes.
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed.
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines.

• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment

• Order parts according to dealership procedures
