Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for its Freightliner of Altoona location. The role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales, sourcing parts for fast fulfillment, and meeting sales and gross profit goals.

You will order parts per dealership procedures, manage service department parts, resolve customer issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area while staying current with OEM changes. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Description for Parts Counter:

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment

• Order parts according to dealership procedures
