Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is hiring a Parts Counter Attendant to support shop operations at our Pennsylvania locations.

You will answer parts phone calls, assist customers with parts needs, and issue parts to mechanics, while placing orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, familiarity with our product lines, strong customer service, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Cat parts lines.
• Strong customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic data entry.
• Able to learn new parts computer systems quickly.
• Graduate education or relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities
