North Shore CDJR, a brand-new dealership opening in Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring a Parts Counter Associate. The role supports technicians, sales, and customers with parts sourcing and purchases, using catalogs and dealership systems to ensure accurate pricing and timely fulfillment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and questions.
• Look up parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain accurate pricing and parts information.
• Communicate with vendors regarding availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Help receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to keep operations moving smoothly.
