Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about companion part requirements and showcase our full product line.
  • Answer phone inquiries, provide price quotes, and handle counter requests.
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing alignment.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, notify managers of out-of-stock items, and process special orders.
  • Tag parts with customer names and job numbers, follow ordering policies, and manage back-orders.
  • Replenish inventory daily, process payments, and assist outside sales representatives.
  • Maintain professional communication and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize computer and phone skills; proficiency in CDK is a plus.
  • Qualifications include a degree in automotive technology or military equivalent, bilingual abilities are a plus, at least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, and passing pre-employment screening.
