The Quick Lube Express Technician is responsible for the efficient, accurate, and complete maintenance of customer vehicles. This role requires excellent teamwork and the ability to perform repetitive complex tasks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations/balances, battery testing, fluid checks, and flushes.
  2. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  3. Accurately use the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
  4. Complete work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
  5. Stay updated by reading factory bulletins regarding campaigns, updates, and recalls.
  6. Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders.
  7. Assess vehicles for safety or additional service needs.
  8. Complete required training to comply with federal, state, and local regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, etc.).
  9. Utilize product and technical training provided by manufacturers and management.
  10. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools.
  11. Continuously expand your knowledge of new automotive technologies.
  12. Automotive technical school certifications are a plus.
  13. Previous experience is highly preferred.
  14. Maintain good attendance at work or school.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
  16. Must be at least 18 years old.
  17. Have a valid driver's license.
  18. Own basic tools.
  19. Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
