Job summary

Hanania Acura of Orange Park in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to support customers and technicians by locating the right parts quickly and accurately. You will work at the busy counter, assist with parts lookups, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of auto parts, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems, electronic parts catalogs, and dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
