Job summary

Kenworth Of Pa in Shartlesville, PA is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Sales Associate for the evening shift. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, quoting parts costs, and helping customers select the right components for heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions, and maintain accurate paperwork. The ideal candidate has at least two years in a heavy-duty truck parts department, strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working experience in a heavy duty truck parts department.
• Same amount of experience as a diesel mechanic also meets this qualification.
• One year of parts counter sales experience with heavy duty diesel engine/truck trailer parts preferred.
• Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be familiar with using a PC to select parts and provide price quotes to customer.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities
