Job summary

Butler Ford in Ashland, OR is seeking a dependable Parts Counter Associate to support our service team and customers by locating the right parts quickly and accurately. You’ll help technicians and customers identify and locate parts using catalogs and dealership systems.

Responsibilities include processing parts orders, receiving and organizing inventory, communicating with the service department about availability, and providing friendly, professional service in person and over the phone.

As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting our service department, technicians, and customers by helping them find the right parts quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
• General automotive knowledge

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license
