Eastern Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable Parts Coordinator to support our fleet by locating, delivering, and inventorying parts, tires, and tools for Diesel and gasoline engines on medium to heavy-duty trucks. You will manage stock levels, process shipments, and assist technicians to keep equipment running.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Overtime, weekend hours, and safety compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in related role.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Locate, deliver and inventory parts and supplies for fleet.
• Identify parts and their locations for repairs.
• Receive inventory from vendors and stock accurately in the warehouse and system.
• Maintain inventory levels with min/max controls.
• Assist technicians with parts loading/unloading and order fulfillment.
