Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality and accuracy, work with vendors and ensure on-time distribution to shops according to the production schedule.

Requirements include a High School diploma and 1–3+ years in automotive parts. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented with strong organizational ability and pressure handling.
• I‑Car Registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and communicate customer requests to team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality, accuracy and quantity.
• Dispose and store parts; label and track by RO number and coordinate with vehicle repairs.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and monitor vendor invoices and price changes.
• Reconcile invoices and credit memos; ensure proper discounts to maintain margins.
