Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Sanford is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage inventory, place orders, coordinate shipments, and support our service and production teams.

You will ensure timely part availability and streamline procurement to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in purchasing or procurement, a High School Diploma or GED, and a proactive approach to sourcing, pricing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and orders parts needed for maintenance and repair operations.
• Sources and negotiates with suppliers to ensure best prices and delivery times.
• Tracks and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed.
• Processes parts transfers for stock.
• Assists with pricing on orders from other branches.
• Maintains detailed records of parts transactions and prepares reports on inventory levels and purchasing trends.

What Success in our Parts Coordinator Role Looks Like at TWC Services In Sanford. Responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, coordinating shipments, and supporting the needs of our service and production departments. Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Ordering and Procurement: Identifies and orders parts needed for maintenance and repair operations. Sources and negotiates with suppliers to ensure the best prices and delivery times. Tracks and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Branch Support: Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed. Processes parts transfers for stock. Assists with pricing on orders for parts from other branches.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintains detailed records of parts transactions, including purchases, receipts, inventory, returns, and distributions. Prepares reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.
