We’re Hiring: Parts Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Parts Coordinator to support our busy Service Department. This role is critical to the daily operations of our field technicians by ensuring timely access to the tools, materials, and equipment they need to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do:

• Source parts and materials through preferred vendors, balancing cost-effectiveness with lead time
• Oversee the shipment, receipt, and accurate tracking of all parts and tools
• Maintain a well-organized inventory system that supports quick turnaround for field teams
• Partner with the dispatch team to provide real-time updates on parts availability
• Arrange job site deliveries for tools and materials as needed
• Manage returns and exchanges in line with vendor policies
• Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce technician downtime

What You Bring:

• Experience in logistics, inventory, or parts coordination—preferably in a service or skilled trades setting
