An established industry player is seeking a Weekend Parts Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the administration of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient processing, storage, and delivery of materials. You will operate mobile equipment, including forklifts, to facilitate the movement of goods and maintain inventory accuracy. Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a 1st Shift Weekend Parts Coordinator in our Gadsden, AL manufacturing plant. You’ll perform activities related to processing, receiving, recording, storing, and/or shipping raw materials/finished goods. You’ll operate mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials/products between warehouse/manufacturing facilities. You may utilize computer software to identify materials/goods, ensure accuracy of purchase orders, and maintain inventory.

What You’ll Do:
• Administer and operate the organizations' warehouses, including processing, storage and delivery of supplies and materials.
• Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audit goods received into warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and movement of materials for production and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate appropriate mobile equipment for the movement of materials.
• Coordinate receiving and movement of materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• May prepare loose items/materials for shipping according to customer specifications.
• Operate appropriate size forklift.
What You’ll Need:
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• The ability to read layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches.
• The ability to operate computer system at appropriate level.
• The ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to maintain good attendance.
