As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Wilson Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
  • Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
  • Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.

Requirements
