Job summary

OpenRoad Collision, part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Car Crafters Collision, is seeking a motivated Parts Coordinator in Albuquerque to support the Parts Department. You will own the department, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate invoicing and returns while collaborating with service advisors and technicians to keep repairs on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
• Prior experience in the collision repair industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn other software platforms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
