Job summary

Open Road Collision, operating as Car Crafters Collision, is seeking a motivated Parts Coordinator to manage and grow the Parts Department. You will work to create efficient workflows, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and oversee invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.

The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and adaptability to support a high-quality collision repair operation and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
• Prior experience in the collision repair industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn other software platforms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Identify and implement workflows for operational excellence.
• Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
• Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.

We're currently seeking a motivated, solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
