Pengate Handling Systems is looking for a Parts Consignment Coordinator to join our Parts team! In this position you will be responsible for providing parts and related services to our current customers, focusing on increasing sales of all parts through our in-house consignment program.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering parts to current and new customers to include internal customers
• Identify parts opportunities and resources required to secure parts business
• Assist the in-house parts team with phones calls and taking parts orders as needed
• Perform product demonstrations and assisting customers with product application as required
• Provide the best quality parts, customer service, and technical service support
• Using your positive customer skills to expand the customer base and build customer loyalty
• Navigate, research and select parts
• Maintain an accurate data base
• Process stock, emergency, and special orders as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Need to maintain a valid driver’s license
• Parts and/or industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or professional experience in lieu of education will be considered

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift tup to 50 pounds at time
• Ability to stand and walk for 2 hours
• Must be able to continuously talk, hear and speak with good articulation and voice control
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
