You will interact directly with customers and internal coworkers to process sales orders, verify orders, and manage parts inventory using computer systems and standard office software.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Use computer systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and update parts records in real time.
• Order parts and materials as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Support retail sales activities, including assisting walk-in customers and discussing product options.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including checking in incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Perform material handling duties, including lifting and moving parts and materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work safely and effectively in a shop environment, both indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures.

• Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse or shop environment.

• Experience performing cycle counts and supporting inventory control initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a day-shift role with hours typically from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position is structured as a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. You will work in a shop environment that resembles a mechanic bay, with both indoor and outdoor exposure. Temperatures can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so you should be comfortable working in varying climate conditions. The role involves regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and performing material handling tasks. You will use computer systems and Microsoft Office as part of daily inventory and order management activities, and you will work closely with mechanics, warehouse staff, and customer-facing team members in a hands-on, operational setting.
