Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a detail-oriented inventory support role to maintain an organized catalog of parts and materials for maintenance operations. You will receive, track, and distribute incoming items, while updating stock systems and coordinating timely delivery to maintenance teams.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, labeling, and cross-functional teamwork to meet equipment needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain an organized inventory of parts, supplies, and materials for maintenance operations.
• Receive, track, and distribute incoming parts and update inventory systems accurately.
• Support maintenance teams by sourcing parts and coordinating timely delivery.

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
