Shields Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Parts Clerk for its Moorestown, NJ location, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The role involves preparing requisitions, issuing POs, tracking inventory, quotes, and occasional forklift training. A valid driver’s license and background screening are required. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, attention to detail, legible handwriting, and at least 2 years of parts clerk experience.

Parts Clerk Immediate Opening Shields Business Solutions, Inc. the largest independent ATM, Cash Handling and Armored Transportation Company in NJ and Eastern PA is seeking a full time experienced Parts Clerk to work in their Moorestown location Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities Include

• Prepare parts requisitions (daily)
• Issue purchase orders and track in-house inventory (backup)
• Request quotes from vendors (backup)
• Track parts received and issued
• Shipping and receiving
• Perform general housekeeping in parts area
• Occasionally pick up and deliver parts
• Ability to be in-house trained on a forklift

Requirements For This Role Include

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Legible handwriting
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Warehouse and Inventory Experience a plus
• Minimum of 2 years experience parts clerk
• Proficient in Excel and Windows
