Job summary

SRC Industrial Corp is seeking a Disassembler/Parts Cleaner to disassemble air compressors and diesel generators and clean parts to spec at our Springfield, MO facility.

The role involves inspection of outputs, following work instructions, and maintaining a safe, clean work area while contributing to our ESOP-driven culture and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Disassemble air compressors and generators to reclaim parts.
• Inspect outputs to ensure they meet specs and quality standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during disassembly and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble air compressors and generators while reclaiming as many parts as possible.
• Use machining and hand tools to clean parts to be used in the finished goods.
• Create usable finished product which meets specifications within the standard time allowed while following all work instructions
• Select proper tooling to disassemble and clean air compressor and generator components
• Set up and operate special equipment such as torque tools (automated and manual)
• Report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions to the Supervisor to correct the issue
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and policies
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

The Disassembler/Parts Cleaner performs routine and non-routine production duties to disassemble and clean air compressors and diesel generators. This position is responsible for visual and quantifiable inspection of the results of their process.

1st shift: Monday - Friday 6:30-3:00, overtime on 5am start time and on Saturdays as needed.
