Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Associate's degree in Technical Communication, Communication, Journalism, Engineering, Digital Publishing, or a related field preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience writing technical literature, parts catalogs, or BOM-related documents.
• Proficient in XML/HTML publishing of technical content and file management.

Responsibilities

• Research product changes using engineering information systems, including BOMs and CAD models.
• Collaborate with Developmental Service Engineering to develop and validate technical content for maintenance and repair.
• Support product launch timing and accuracy of technical documents.
• Arbitrate stakeholder input during review processes to ensure timely results.
• Compose accurate Parts Catalogs conforming to internal style, terminology, and structure standards.
