You will support the parts team, manage a cash drawer, and contribute to a professional, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or parts department experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer, phone, and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle money accurately and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process parts purchases for retail, wholesale, and internal service customers.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts, invoices, refunds, and credits as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct parts-related inquiries appropriately.
• Support the parts department with administrative and clerical duties.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
• Work closely with the parts and service departments to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier and customer service area.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
