Job summary

Everett's Auto Parts is seeking an energetic retail associate to manage cash register duties and assist customers with used and new automotive parts. You will dispatch runners, verify cash, and support both retail and wholesale clients while maintaining accurate records.

Flexibility for weekends is required and candidates with bilingual Spanish/Portuguese skills are welcome. CORI clearance will be required as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge about mechanical parts and body parts is mandatory.
• Typing skills are required for order processing and data entry.
• Experience with customer service and handling customer concerns is important.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Good phone communication skills and professional demeanor.
• High energy level and self-motivation to complete tasks.
• Organizational skills for multitasking in a retail setting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual ability (Spanish/Portuguese) is helpful.
• Must pass CORI background check.

Responsibilities

• Ringing used and new automotive parts at the cash register.
• Dispatching runners to retrieve customer parts.
• Cash register proofing and accuracy checks.
• Proofing change draws and cash handling procedures.
• Servicing both retail and wholesale customers.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints.
