Job summary

M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to join our team supporting construction and industrial equipment customers.

You will source, order, and manage inventory, assist customers in person, by phone, and via email, and process parts orders accurately to ensure timely delivery. You will maintain inventory records, collaborate with technicians, price parts, support vendor relationships, and provide safe, superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction equipment or automotive parts.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction.
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
