Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a motivated Parts Associate to join a high-performing team. You will provide top-tier service to technicians, advisors, and customers, while efficiently managing OEM and competitor parts with a solutions-focused mindset.

Ideal applicants are detail-oriented, fast learners, and comfortable using Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC. This role involves daily deliveries, stocking, and building vendor relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, retail, or automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, in-person and on the phone.
• Fast learner capable of navigating multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to technicians, advisors, and customers.
• Manage and sell OEM and competitor parts with speed and accuracy.
• Navigate Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC systems confidently.
• Assist with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate delivery routes and build strong vendor relationships.

• Navigating systems like Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC with confidence
• Assisting with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization
• Coordinating delivery routes and building strong vendor relationships
• Keeping our service and body shop teams equipped with the parts they need and when they need them

Requirements

• Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not required
• Fast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systems
• Excellent communication skills - in person and on the phone
• A sharp eye for detail and a love for staying organized
