Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a motivated Parts Associate to join a high-performing team. You will help technicians, advisors, and customers by handling parts requests, stocking, and delivering parts with a solutions-first mindset.

The role involves working with OEM and competitor parts, navigating Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC systems, and keeping the parts area organized to support service and body shop teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Able to learn multiple software systems quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to technicians and customers in person or on the phone.
• Process parts orders and manage inventory with speed and accuracy.
• Navigate OEM and competitor parts systems to locate parts.
• Coordinate daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization.
• Support service and body shop teams with the parts they need when they need them.

What You’ll Do:

• Providing top-tier customer service to technicians, advisors and customers; in-person and on the phone.
• Managing and selling OEM and competitor parts with speed, accuracy, and a solutions-first mindset
• Navigating systems like Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC with confidence
• Assisting with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organization
• Coordinating delivery routes and building strong vendor relationships
• Keeping our service and body shop teams equipped with the parts they need and when they need them

Requirements:

• Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not required
• Fast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systems
• Excellent communication skills - in person and on the phone
• A sharp eye for detail and a love for staying organized
