Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a parts receiver to manage inbound parts, verify quality, and coordinate invoicing. You will inspect parts, ensure timely availability, and work with vendors to return incorrect items. Competitive benefits are offered as part of the role.

Ideal candidates are legally authorized to work in the United States, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license. This is an on-site position in Alabama.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and track inventory.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage and check availability within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries and regularly update parts status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform.
