Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Assistant to manage and complete all parts ordering, monitor deliveries, and ensure accuracy on repair orders in our busy shop.

You will work with Repair Planners, suppliers, and Body Technicians, uphold laws of parts installation, and may lead the Parts Team. A High School Diploma and valid driver's license are required; CCC One experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software (CCC One or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering and communicate with vendors.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Drive parts-related KPIs and communicate to GM for optimization.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure daily posting in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and stay updated on regulations.
• Lead Parts Team and mentor assistants when applicable.
