Job summary

Crash Champions in Bremen Township, IL is seeking a Parts Associate to support our collision repair operations. You will receive and check in parts, inspect deliveries, and ensure accurate posting of invoices in our estimating system.

The role requires a HS diploma (or GED) and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on timely parts processing and reliable vendor communication. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts and match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and note delays.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate with vendor on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and post corrections in Crash Champion’s estimating platform.
