Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, verify deliveries, and support body technicians at our Alabama locations. You will mirror match parts to repair orders, inspect incoming items, and drive parts KPIs with close vendor communication.

Strong knowledge of estimating software is a plus. The role supports a high-volume MSO environment with opportunities to mentor the Parts Assistant and collaborate with Repair Planners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and check in parts and mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors immediately.
• Track parts-related KPIs and communicate optimizations to GM.
• Coordinate parts invoices and ensure posting in CCC One.
• Support body technicians with parts knowledge and stay updated on regulations.
• Lead Parts Assistant when needed.
