Job summary

Crash Champions in Torrance, CA is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage parts ordering, deliveries, and invoicing for collision repair jobs. You will work with repair planners, body technicians, and vendors to ensure accurate parts, timely deliveries, and proper inventory control.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in automotive parts, and familiarity with estimating software. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to mentor the Parts team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive parts role preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions and work orders; proficient in estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on initial estimates and supplements; communicate with parts vendors and repair planners.
• Monitor deliveries; track parts status and update the repair planner.
• Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Drive parts-related KPIs and report to General Manager as needed.
• Coordinate parts invoicing; post invoices daily in CCC One.
• Support body technicians with parts knowledge and regulations.
