Goodfellow Corporation is seeking a Parts and Service Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory. The role involves visiting customer locations, identifying equipment and service needs, and recommending parts and service solutions while supporting all product lines.
The candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and Goodfellow’s Parts, Service, and Sales teams, growing business with existing customers and pursuing new accounts.

The Parts and Service Sales Representative develops and maintains customer relationships within an assigned territory to grow Goodfellow Corporation's parts and service business. This position visits customer locations, identifies equipment and operational needs, recommends appropriate parts and service solutions, and provides responsive follow-up and support.
The role serves as an important connection between customers and Goodfellow's Parts, Service, Sales, and operational teams. The Parts and Service Sales Representative is expected to grow business with existing customers, develop new accounts, identify opportunities with owners of competitive equipment, and support all product lines carried by the organization.
This position does not typically have direct supervisory responsibilities.
This position primarily works in the field and from a company vehicle while traveling throughout an assigned territory. Work may also take place in customer offices, shops, construction or industrial sites, and sand and gravel or aggregate operations where dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, moving equipment, and elevated noise levels may be present.
Required personal protective equipment must be worn when entering customer or Goodfellow work areas where PPE is required.
The employee must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary to travel to customer locations and support parts and service sales activities.
Frequently enter and exit a company vehicle and travel throughout the assigned territory.
Walk and stand at customer and industrial locations, including outdoor and uneven work areas.
Safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds when assisting with parts delivery or customer support.
Use computers, phones, and other standard business equipment for customer communication and sales activity.
Regular local and regional travel within the assigned sales territory is required. Travel requirements will vary based on territory size, customer locations, and business needs.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage an assigned territory, and maintain a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize customer needs and respond effectively in time‑sensitive or high‑pressure situations.
Working knowledge of standard computer applications and the ability to learn company database, customer, and online parts systems.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business applications.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements for operation of a company vehicle.
Previous business‑to‑business sales experience.
Previous outside sales, territory sales, parts sales, service sales, or account management experience.
Basic knowledge of crushing, screening, aggregate, heavy equipment, or related industrial equipment.
Previous experience with dealership, distributor, parts, or service operations.
Experience using customer relationship management, database, or online parts‑book systems.
Safety is an essential responsibility of this position. Employees are expected to follow all Goodfellow Corporation safety policies, procedures, work instructions, customer‑site requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Parts and Service Sales Representative is expected to operate company vehicles safely, use required personal protective equipment, follow site‑specific safety rules, report unsafe conditions or incidents, and conduct customer visits in a manner that protects employees, customers, and company property.
