Allen Turner Automotive in Auburn, AL is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. You will help customers, identify the correct parts, and collaborate with technicians to ensure parts availability and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with DMS or parts catalogs or inventory software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; pre-employment screens.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying the correct parts.
• Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership inventory systems.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unpack, label, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and clean storage areas.
• Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability and orders.
• Document parts transactions using the dealership management system.
• Support service and sales by ensuring parts availability as needed.
